A Local Small Batch Bourbon

We’ve taken a traditional, straight bourbon whiskey and finished it with charred and toasted pecan wood to create a unique flavor designed to celebrate the spirit and flavors of the Gulf Coast.

Batch 001 (SOLD OUT) - 21% rye, aged for 4 years and bottled at 90 proof. 4 Barrels Bottled in September 2022.
Batch 002 (SOLD OUT) - 24% rye, 3 1/2 year aged and bottled at 90 proof. 6 Barrels bottled December 2022.
Batch 003 (LAST BOTTLES IN STORES) - This offering will be back to our batch 1 mash bill (21% rye) and are bottling throughout May 2023. We do have a few barrels available if you would like your own barrel! Learn more about our Barrel Program here.
